Promotional terms

  1. The promotion will be organized by MPP Media Pay Plus ltd (MPP), based at Arch. Makario III, 161; 5th Floor/ Office 5; 3027 Limassol, Cyprus, from 1 January 2026 till 31 December 2026. Closing dates: there are two promotional closing dates with new prize winners, at the end of each semester on 30 June 2026 (semester 1) and 31 December 2026 (semester 2).
  2. Any adult of permanent residence in the UK may take part in the promotion. Employees of MPP are excluded from participation. Each person may only participate once in this competition. Participation via automated mass participation procedures is excluded.
  3. Winners will be selected every six months, within 2 weeks after the closing date of the promotion, by free draw at random from all complete entries received, and notified as such by e-mail or by phone. The prizes will be sent free of charge to the specified residence in the UK.
  4. The prize is made available bi-annually and the winners will be listed in the winner section on the site.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the promotional prize into another promotional prize of at least similar economic value, in good consultation with the prize winner. If a similar prize and/or prize from a similar product group can be awarded upon participating in a promotion, the Organizer discloses such after consulting the winner.
  6. The prize winner consents in good consultation with the Organizer to the use of his/her name, place of residence, country and photograph where applicable on the websites of the organizer for post-promotional activities.
  7. We collect your data for the purposes as specified in the privacy policy.
  8. These promotional terms may be adjusted or updated at any time by us. Important updates are captured in these promotional terms on the website. Review these terms on a regular basis.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right at its own discretion and without prior notice to amend, end, suspend or alter the promotional campaign, such as, but not limited to, when there are apparent faults in the software and/or hardware or other technical and/or compliance matters. The content of these promotional terms is subject to interpretation.
